TopShield Galvanized Nosing Grip Edge is a 28-gauge galvanized steel drip edge flashing formed in a 2 in. x 2 in. profile with an extra kick at the bottom of the face that directs runoff away from the structure. It shields eaves and rakes against moisture, decay and weather while channeling water toward the gutter. Sold per piece in Charcoal, White or Brown.
Key Features:
- Galvanized steel build: Crafted from sturdy galvanized steel for reliable, low-maintenance protection along roof edges.
- Redirects runoff: An additional kick at the bottom of the face efficiently sends runoff away from the structure.
- Channels to gutter: Channels water runoff toward the gutter instead of onto fascia and sheathing.
- Guards against decay: Shields the eave and rake line against moisture, decay and weather exposure.
- Wide compatibility: Compatible with a wide variety of roof types as a trusted edge detail.
- Three color choices: Offered in Charcoal, White and Brown to blend with common trim and shingle colors.

Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
A nosing grip edge with a face kick is a smart choice on rakes and eaves where you want runoff steered cleanly into the gutter. Order the color that matches your fascia or gutter so the edge disappears into the trim line. Install over the underlayment at the eave and under it at the rake, per standard practice, and cut carefully so edges stay straight.
Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling and trimming galvanized flashing; cut edges are sharp.
Order TopShield Galvanized Nosing Grip Edge today and put a durable, water-directing finish on your roof edges.
