Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
For the cleanest look, choose the guard width that matches your gutter (5 in. or 6 in.) and the black finish, which blends into most rooflines. Clean gutters before installation so the mesh sits securely, then butt pieces end to end along the run. On heavy-debris lots, the arched surface lets wind and rain roll leaves off rather than letting them mat against the mesh.
Use ladder safety precautions when installing gutter guards, and keep hands away from sharp mesh edges.
Order Mastic Leaf Smart Steel Mesh and keep leaves out of your gutters for good.
