Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
The 1805 euro slide is a workhorse for face-frame and frameless cabinet drawers where a low profile and self-close action are wanted at a budget price. The 600 mm (23.6 in.) size matches standard 24 in. base cabinets, while shorter sizes fit vanity and wall cabinets. Because it is self-close rather than soft-close, pair it with drawer stops or accept a light click at close; upgrade to ball-bearing soft-close slides for premium kitchens.
Mount cabinet and drawer members at identical heights on both sides so the drawer cannot tip or disengage.
Order the Knape & Vogt 1805 self-close euro slide for smooth, economical drawer hardware.
