Use FortiFlash in shingle fashion around openings, sill pans first, then jambs and finally head flashing, so water always drains onto the plane below. Keep the substrate clean, dry and primed where the product data requires it, and roll laps firmly for full bond. The 6-inch width is a good default for jamb and head details; use wider rolls for sill pans and horizontal shelves.
