The STINGER HT38 Hammer Tacker is an ideal tool for installing roofing felt, housewrap and insulation. The HT38 is light and easy to maneuver—but constructed with heavy-duty steel for durability. The tool has an anti-slip, ergonomic rubber handle to also help with ease of use.
