Handi-Foam® E84 Spray Foam Insulation II-15 is a premium, low-pressure, medium-density, two-component spray polyurethane foam (SPF) designed for professional use. Formulated with environmentally responsible HFO blowing agents, this closed-cell insulation system provides superior thermal performance, air sealing, and sound deadening capabilities—all while meeting Class 1 (A) fire rating per ASTM E84.

Applications
Ideal for filling and sealing gaps, voids, and cavities in walls, floors, ceilings, and around windows or doors. Also reduces noise and vibration, making it suitable for both residential and commercial insulation projects.

Usage & Safety

• Condition components to 75–85°F (24–29°C) before use
• Substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease
• Requires certified respiratory protection or PAPR, protective eyewear, nitrile gloves, and skin-protective clothing

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Store in a dry, cool place below 90°F (32°C)
• 24-month shelf life when properly stored
• Avoid exposure to open flames or direct sunlight

Environmental & Disposal Info:

• Not UV resistant – must be coated or painted if exposed
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
