Mapei 5001 Alabaster Ultracolor Plus FA Grout is a 10lb bag of premium, fast-setting, polymer-modified, efflorescence-free grout that is specifically designed for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4". Its advanced formula, featuring Mapei’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT™), ensures consistent color and eliminates common issues found in Portland-cement grout. Ultracolor Plus FA has a fine aggregate composition, making it perfect for narrow joints and reducing surface absorption for added water, dirt, and grime resistance. It is also easy to install and stain-resistant, requiring no additional sealant.
